It’s great to see Sandra Bullock back on the big screen where she belongs, and on familiar ground leading this hilarious, blockbuster romantic-comedy. Bullock plays Loretta Sage, a successful romantic-novel author who usually shies away from the limelight. On a global book tour to promote her latest release, along with the book’s popular buff cover-model Alan (Channing Tatum), Loretta finds herself involved in a kidnapping and then on-the-run in the deepest resides of the jungle. With bad-guy Farfax (Daniel Radcliffe) chasing them down, maybe Jack Trainer (Brad Pitt), a Navy Seal-turned-CIA agent could help them out?! With Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Patti Harrison and The Office US alumni Oscar Nuñez all in support, this is a fantastic and feel-good date-night movie.
