Vampire films have always held a special place at the heart of cinema, and with fresh takes and new ideas utilising the prince of darkness, this movie comes along with a hilarious black comedy focusing on the struggles of Dracula’s faithful servant Renfield (Nicholas Hoult).
Fed up of his life of servitude, Renfield ends up getting a fresh outlook on life after inadvertently saving some people from imminent death. However, any plans he has to escape his life won’t go down too well with his master – Dracula (Nicolas Cage). This is a very fun ride with a great ensemble including Awkwafina, Ben Schwartz and even a cameo from Fright Night alumni William Ragsdale. Laughs aplenty and destined to be another Cage cult classic.
