It has been 43 years since brothers Rodney and Chris Rash first opened the doors of this wonderful independent estate agency in Southgate. The company has built a good, honest, local name and we have been humbled by the many clients who purchased through Rash & Rash (some as far back as the 1980’s), who continue to return and now wish to sell with us due to the fabulous service they received many years ago
Since purchasing the company in 2019, our main aim was to modernise how we showcase property to maximise our clients returns, thus enhancing our name further in the area.
To complement the Lettings side of the business, we started our Property Management division in 2019, and this has grown organically to a healthy portfolio of over 100 properties under management.
Economies of scale means we can pass on discounts from contractors to our clients. Our hands on approach and modern fee structure reflects how we would like to be treated as a landlord and is different to other agents.
