CHARITY OF THE YEAR NOMINATIONS!
Next year the magazines will be supporting three local charities and we are inviting you to nominate your favourite. We will then draw up a list for voting on during January on the Beach Media Publications Facebook page. Whichever three charities receive the most Facebook “likes” will receive £100 and a year’s worth of promotion within the magazine with all the benefits that brings!
We really want to support the local charities that are closest to YOUR heart. Please email details of your favourite charity to [email protected] by 31st December 2021. Then make sure you have liked the Beach Media Publications Facebook page ready to cast your vote in January.
My favourite charity is Dementia Club UK. The reason is that this club was my wife’s joy of the week before she passed away five years ago. You already mention this charity in
The Barnet Local EN4 but the description cannot show the enjoyment the members get
from each session. Would you be interested publishing in your magazine a poem that I
wrote about dementia? If you are please be free to use it, it is called ‘I Wish I Could
