The award winning Debutots franchise has been running to national acclaim in Muswell Hill and surrounding areas since 2007, now providing over 35 classes a week. A team of highly skilled practitioners enables Debutots to reach 100s of local children at
nurseries, schools, parent and child classes in independent venues, birthday parties, holiday camps, intergenerational sessions in care homes, SEN groups and children’s charities. They also offer private sessions to help children find their voice.
Their huge ‘story bank’ of over 150 original and exciting stories were written specially for Debutots. Through interactive storytelling and dramatic play they engage children in a wholly nurturing way to increase their confidence, ignite their imagination, improve their
communication skills and instill a love for language and stories.
Their youngest participants are 6 months old, for whom the stories are told with an equal emphasis on actions alongside simple phrases, in conjunction with original songs, movement to music, bubbles and the parachute. As the children develop the activities change, with them eventually being able to choose their
favourite character from the story, using simple drama techniques to retell the story as a group.
Debutots offers a bespoke party service for 1 to 8 year olds and looks forward to their February half term for 4-8 year olds.
