class. It’s not the setting, clothes, or age of our participants that makes our classes special, it is the Movement and Dance system that works on many levels.
Using the Bagot Stack system, the first exercise system created
for women (1930) we teach body alignment and central control so
each person can move effectively.
Effective movement releases stress allowing you to build whole-
body flexibility and strength efficiently.
We encourage barefoot exercise which means the movement and dance elements are low impact.
