2022 Market Prediction
We await to see how the market performs in 2022 but I have a feeling buyer demand for property with good outside space will continue to push prices up. The market for apartments also seems to have picked up with more enquiries from new buy to let landlords who are now seeing value in this area. Interest rates will no doubt start to increase but the level is still at a historic low, so unless we see the base rate jump passed 1.5% or so, I cannot see the housing market cooling in 2022.
