Since April 2019 we have been offering property management to our landlords and the portfolio has grown organically since then.

We do things a little differently. All of our properties are attended by professional photographers with colour floor plans and brochures produced at our cost. The reason for this is so that when a tenant serves notice, we have beautiful marketing material ready without having to disturb and ask the tenant to tidy up. 

Our fee structure is different also. For managed property we pay for the below as standard;

  • Annual gas safety certificate
  • EPC
  • Referencing
  • Full inventory check in and out (an independent company will provide a circa 20 page booklet)
  • Registering of deposits
  • No charge for contract changes

We charge one annual fee with full transparency.  There will never be any “additional charges” for call outs.   We are looking to build relationships with landlords rather than lose them.

For those landlords who like to be more involved, we do also offer a “Let only” package as well.

Yes the bulk of our landlords are in the immediate area, however we do let and manage property all over London. These are some of the postcodes we currently manage properties in EN2, EN3, EN4, EN5, N11, N13, N21, E11, NW8, NW9, W1H and SE9.
